Dave Laube

Dave Laube is currently executive in residence for the School of Business at the University of Colorado-Denver. Dave spent 17 years as a senior executive at U S WEST. Most recently he was U S WEST’s VP and CIO, leading the largest information technology organization in Colorado.

Dave received his BA in finance from the University of Washington, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and is a CPA. In 2004, he was awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Colorado. He is co-editor and contributing author of the book Business Driven Information Technology: Answers to 100 Critical Questions for Every Manager

Dr. J.B. Crouse, Jr.

Dr. Crouse serves as President Emeritus of OMS International, a non-profit Christian missionary-sending organization that provides evangelism, church planting, theological training and missions. OMS represents 12,041 churches, 1.5 million believers and 40 seminaries and bible schools. During his tenure as president (1992-2004), Dr. Crouse increased the OMS worldwide ministry from 14 to 42 countries. He is a graduate of Asbury College and Asbury Theological Seminary, and received an honorary doctorate from Asbury in 1983.

James "Jim" Culver

Jim retired as Vice President of Financial Institutions for US Bank in Portland, Oregon in 1986 after serving the company for 20 years. In addition to his service with VisionQuest, Jim has been a board member of OMS International since 1987, a nonprofit Christian missionary-sending organization that provides evangelism, church planting, theological training and missions.

Tim Gunsolley

Tim is Vice President of Development for Cook International, one of Colorado Springs largest evangelical groups. In this role he serves as a spokesperson for the ministry and directs the organization's market position, fundraising and constituent communications endeavors, focusing on major donors, churches, foundations, direct mail appeals, and radio programs.

Prior to his work with Cook International, Tim spent 12 years in the area of arts management in executive positions, specializing in positioning organizations for maximum growth, increasing income and refining raised income and programming effectiveness. Tim earned a master's degree in arts administration from Columbia College in Chicago and a bachelor's degree in music education from Trinity College (now Trinity International University) in Deerfield, IL.

Kenneth Kovalik

Ken is a Financial Strategy Consultant for Independence Planning Group of Blue Bell, PA, and President of Friends & Family Enterprises, LLC, a product distribution and retail organization. He is also President of K&A Development Corporation, a real estate management organization, and is Founder of The MASTER's Shovel Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports local and international churches and missions. Ken also serves on the board of Greater Europe Mission (GEM) and is an advisor to the ministry of LifeQuality, which seeks to the reach the European professional and business community.

David Long

David Long was elected President of OMS International in 2004, after serving nine years with OMS in Hong Kong as CFO and Associate Professor of Biblical Studies of the United Wesleyan Graduate Institute. OMS is a nonprofit Christian missionary-sending organization that provides evangelism, church planting, theological training and missions.

OMS represents 12,041 churches, 1.5 million believers and 40 seminaries and bible schools. David received a bachelor degree in accounting from Murray State University; a Juris Doctorate from University of Kentucky; and a master of divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Kerry Olin

Kerry Olin is General Manager, University and Central Talent Acquisition at Microsoft. In this role, he is responsible for worldwide university recruiting and for building Microsoft's global sourcing model for strategic professional talent, enabling the company to hire "from anywhere for anywhere". Kerry began his career in product management at Procter & Gamble and transitioned to HR several years later, serving as HR leader for P&G's worldwide marketing organization, as well as for the company's internet ventures and corporate business development units. He then spent several years in a technology and intellectual property consulting partnership before returning to HR. Kerry joined Microsoft in 2004 as an HR leader in Microsoft's Server & Tools business group and assumed responsibility for college and intern recruiting in 2006. He was appointed to his current role in 2008. Kerry holds an undergraduate business degree from Michigan State University and spends his time trying to keep up with his family and stay close to his son in golf.

Charles "Chuck" Stair

Chuck retired from the ServiceMaster Company as the Vice Chairman in 2003, after serving the company for 39 years. During that time, he served as a director for 16 years and retired as CEO of Management Services. Under his leadership ServiceMaster built a facility management business from a concept to over $2 billion in annual revenue.

Dr. James "Jim" Truitt

Jim taught economics at Baylor University from 1968 to 2000, serving as Director of Graduate Studies for the Hankamer School of Business, Chair of the Department of Economics and Finance, and Chair of the Department of Economics. He also served as Director of the Center for Private Enterprise from 2000-2004. He received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University, M.S. Industrial Economics from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois.

Mike Clabaugh

Mike Clabaugh is the co-founder and president of VisionQuest Alliance (VQA). Prior to his work with missions, Mike spent 31 years in the corporate world with Cincinnati Milacron, serving as Vice President of Machine Tools Europe based in Birmingham, England, and Group Vice President for Machine Tool Operations Worldwide at the company’s headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was responsible for several strategic alliances for Milacron ranging from acquisitions to establishing joint ventures in India and China.

In 1997 Mike took an early retirement from Milacron to become the U.S. Director for Greater Europe Mission (GEM) as a volunteer and was appointed Executive Vice President of GEM in 1999. He resigned his position with GEM in late 2001 to focus his attention on VisionQuest, where he works full-time as a volunteer.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier University of Cincinnati.
