Our Management Team
Mike Clabaugh, MBA
President
Mike Clabaugh is the co-founder and president of VisionQuest Alliance. Prior to
his work with missions, Mike spent 31 years in the corporate world with Cincinnati
Milacron, serving as
Vice President Machine Tools Europe
based in Birmingham,
England, and Group Vice President for Machine Tool Operations Worldwide at the
company’s headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was responsible for several strategic
alliances for Milacron ranging from acquisitions to establishing joint ventures in
India and China.
In 1997 Mike took an early retirement from Milacron to become the U.S. Director for
Greater Europe Mission as a volunteer and was appointed Executive Vice President
of Greater Europe Mission in 1999. He resigned his position with GEM in late 2001 to focus his attention
on VisionQuest Alliance, where he works full-time as a volunteer.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University
and an MBA from Xavier University of Cincinnati.

Bob Reilly, MBA
Chief Financial Officer - Director of Shared Financial Services
Bob received his B.S. degree in accounting from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Denver.
Bob brings more than 30 years of industry experience working both in the private and public arena.
His background includes time management and staff positions in both finance and operations.
He has worked for a variety of diverse organizations that include Federal Express Corporation,
University of Denver, URS Inc. and NL Industries.
Bob is the Chief Financial Officer for VisionQuest Alliance. He oversees the budget process, financial analysis,
Board of Director financial reporting, annual audit and Treasury functions.

Dick Armstrong, MNM, PHR
Vice President - Human Resource Services
Dick Armstrong provides a broad range of HR services to Christian ministries. With 35 years of experience,
Dick is able to provide outstanding guidance in the areas of benefits and corporate insurance administration.
Dick also has an extensive background in collaborating with other Christian organizations to implement better
ways of approaching difficult Human Resource issues. He has earned a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management (MNM)
from Regis University, a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministries from Taylor University and is a certified Professional
in Human Resources (PHR).

Steve Hoffman, MS Finance, CFA
Vice President - Shared Advancement Services
Steve is committed to assisting Christian ministries to be more effective through the development of clear ministry plans,
compelling communications and relationally-based fund development. He earned a BA from Wheaton College and a MS in Finance
from Colorado State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has completed additional gift and estate design studies.

Anita Trapp, MBA
Director of Shared Software Services
After earning a BS and BMus from the Philadelphia Biblical University, Anita received her
MBA from Temple University. Anita brings more than 20 years of nonprofit management and
administrative experience including Director of Special Projects and Field Finance
Administrator for CrossWorld, a Christian non-profit church planting
organization with more than 400 employees in more than 24 countries.
Anita oversees the operations of Shared Software Services, including implementation, project management, training and
assuring technical support meets the needs of our clients.
