VisionQuest Alliance makes available two models of software services. Ministries can purchase their own individual license of an integrated enterprise-class software suite that includes donor, finance, HR, payroll, event management and Web access for staff. Or, ministries can take advantage of the same software through an ASP model of delivery. In addition, VisionQuest Alliance's long history and deep understanding of ministry needs and processes assures our partners of top quality implementation, effective project management, data conversion and training services.
State-of-the-Art Data Center
To provide Enterprise-class service and support to our shared ASP environment, VisionQuest Alliance has partnered with VeriCenter, the leader in software application hosting services. VeriCenter's customers include large industries, Internet-based businesses, software vendors and other Application Service Providers (ASPs), each relying on VeriCenter's services to deploy secure, high performance, Web-based solutions and Enterprise applications.
Guaranteed System Availability
VisionQuest Alliance uses only the latest and most powerful technology to help guarantee our clients 99.9% system availability. Dedicated Dell PowerEdge servers and PowerVault disk arrays, with built-in fault tolerant, hot-swappable components prevent a single component failure from creating unwanted downtime. Direct connections are made to the Internet over Sprint's Tier-1 redundant, high-speed fiber optic network. The Class A data center is equipped with instant-on, backup UPS batteries with N+1 generators on-site to power the entire center. And to assist VisionQuest Alliance, VeriCenter provides 24 hour customer support that includes on-site staffing of the facility. All of these components work together to ensure that your critical applications are always there whenever you need them.
