Donation Processing

In fiscal year 2008, VisionQuest Alliance processed more than 265,000 gifts for seven organizations. Through economies of scale, VisionQuest Alliance is able to provide bulk material purchasing, first-class postage rate discounts and reduced labor costs.

With electronic and credit card payment options, and image recognition process (EPIRP), VisionQuest Alliance maintains archived images of all mail, electronically deposits checks, and generates reports during deposit to identify batches.

Payroll

Numerous factors impact a ministry’s payroll. VisionQuest Alliance has the expertise and experience needed to handle such activities as ministerial housing allowance, cost of living, and foreign exchange rate adjustments. In addition, with federal and state law compliance becoming increasingly complicated, VisionQuest Alliance is committed to understanding and staying abreast of these crucial governance issues and their application to each ministry.

Missionary Services

VisionQuest Alliance’s heart and passion is to free up the field staff members from administrative concerns so they can focus on direct ministry. VisionQuest Alliance makes sure that the staff receive regular updates on the status of their donors’ giving history, support account balances, expense reimbursements, and payroll. VisionQuest Alliance is able to manage a variety of HR needs, including the tracking of staff support schedules, benefits enrollment and staff status information. In addition, we intervene to answer the staff member's donor questions and perform many other tasks that are difficult to manage when thousands of miles away from home.
